用于支架輸送、PTA及PTCA的球囊導(dǎo)管。此應(yīng)用要求導(dǎo)管的測試需要使用正壓或者真空壓力測試和導(dǎo)管流速的測試。正壓壓力主要是要模擬收縮產(chǎn)生的壓力，要求在30bar高壓下球囊導(dǎo)管不能有泄漏，當然導(dǎo)管也不能有堵塞，否則在心臟支架手術(shù)中就會對病人造成生命危險。

常見的測試應(yīng)用有：
冠狀動脈球囊成形術(shù)(PTCA)導(dǎo)管，
外周血管球囊擴張術(shù)導(dǎo)管，
食道狹窄擴張成型導(dǎo)管，
椎體球囊導(dǎo)管，
尿道球囊擴張導(dǎo)管等。
